What it means

- Open the target Supervisory Organization and check which organization types it accepts as a default assignment.
- Confirm the ID in Default_Organization_Reference points to an organization of the correct type and that the organization is active (not inactivated or under a future-dated reorg).
- Test the same change manually in the UI on one Supervisory Organization to confirm it is not a broader restriction rule blocking the assignment entirely.
- If the manual UI change also fails, the restriction is a configuration issue on the target org, not the EIB.
